The company's subordinate enterprises under the age of 45 frontline employees should participate in principle, the specific types of work include: electricians, electrical assembly workers, product debugging workers, fitters, CNC operators, turning workers, welders, surface treatment workers and other 8 types of work. The competition for each type of work is carried out in the way of on-site practical operation. The organizing committee of the competition organizes the proposition uniformly and takes the general topic of each type of work as the basic direction of question preparation. The participants complete the actual operation and hand in the finished product at the specified time and place. The whole process of the competition is supervised by the referee, who scores the participants according to the operation process and the actual situation of the finished product.
