• For overseas customers, how about your warranty and on-site installation.

    The product comes with a one-year warranty. If any parts become damaged, we will ship new replacement parts. However, we do not cover the cost of on-site installation and adjustment by working staff/workers. If you need our working staff/workers to install and adjust the equipment, we will charge additional service fees, which include the personnel's travel and accommodation expenses.

  • What can you quote for cross-border trade?

    We usually provide the F.O.B. price of our products first. If the customer has other handover requirements, we will re-evaluate according to the customer's requirements and give different quotations later.
